Peg is a versatile leader, trainer and coach with over 15 years of experience in delivering high quality instruction, curriculum design and program management. She has proven success creating program strategy and managing the design of learning programs.
Peg specializes in soft skills training, technology training, adult learning theories, leadership training, change management and non-profit professional development.
She is an effective and engaging presenter who elicits consistently positive evaluations from attendees. Peg has a knack for finding analogies to make it clear and using humor to make it fun.
Formerly, she served as the Director of Education at NPower Seattle, Adjunct Faculty at Antioch University Seattle, and Training Director for the Peace Corps in Morocco, Mauritania, Lesotho, and Gabon.
Peg is a graduate of Miami University, she has an M.Ed. from the University of Massachusetts, and a Non-profit Executive Leadership Certificate from the University of Washington.
