Katie has been designing and delivering successful trainings since 2004. She has a passion for people, for learning, and teaching. She demonstrates leadership in communications excellence, and leverages professional experience enhanced by hard skills, emotional intelligence, and humor.

Her professional experiences relate well with diverse groups by helping people remember and build on their existing skills and abilities. Her training participants regularly report improved efficiencies, reduced waste and costs, as well as improved communications and teamwork on the job.

Katie has consistently received high ratings for instructor knowledge and skills, and relevancy of course content.
Katie holds a BA in English Literature; BA in Women’s Studies; Minor in American Indian Studies; and a Minor in Cultural Anthropology, from the University of Washington in Seattle, WA.
