Catherine Bachy has over fifteen years’ experience as an advisor and management coach to organizational leaders. She is a certified professional coach and holds Master’s Degrees in Education from the University of Massachusetts, and in Organizational Leadership from Seattle University.

Catherine is a conversation specialist and visual facilitator.  She is known for her ability to capture and communicate insights and visual metaphors to help her clients find clarity. Her key clients include team leaders who want to help their teams become high performing while creating a positive work environment and managing conflict and stress along the way. 

Catherine has partnered with both corporate and non-profit organizations, including Microsoft, Starbucks, Deringer, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Providence Health and Services as well as several non-profit organizations in the Seattle area.
